Homework 1-11-11

6 different liquids placed on a metal baking sheet. Listed from left to right, top to bottom: rubbing alcohol, vodka, acetone, vegetable oil, dish soap, and water. The thicker substances that seem to keep more bonded together were the soap and vegetable oil. However, they were also the two that bonded more with the metal and were harder to clean off. The substance most unattracted to the metal I think was the rubbing alcohol.

4 different liquids placed on a porcelain plate (hard to see, sorry). Listed from left to right, top to bottom: vodka, dish soap, vegetable oil, and water, The same applies for the vegetable oil and soap, however the water seemed more attracted to the porcelain than it did with the baking sheet.
4 different liquids placed on a piece of glass. Listed from left to right, top to bottom: vegetable oil, water, dish soap, and acetone. This was the easiest to see the results because the glass is clear. The dish soap stood the highest off of the glass from a side angle telling me it would be the most resistant to mix. The water also had a definite "bump," while the acetone spread more easily.
